Environmental Justice in Latin America and the Caribbean

An introduction to environmental issues in Latin America and the Caribbean, with an emphasis on how capitalist expansion, patriarchal structures, and white supremacist ideologies are linked to environmental degradation. We will review theories on environmental issues and apply them to the analysis of environmental problems in specific ecosystems.
