Hull St) Please join the Athens Immigrant Rights Coalition for a memorial procession and vigil for Ana Gabriela Cabrera Lopez FRIDAY OCTOBER 23rd (Rain date is October 30). (Full information below and attached en ingles y español. Please share with your networks.) Ana was an Athens community member and UGA employee who passed away due to COVID-19. All are welcome to this event to learn more about her, and to gather as a community for those lost to this virus. The vigil begins near Brumby Hall, continues with a procession to the Arch, and ends with altar building at the LACSI house on 290 S. Hull. Participants are welcome to join at any point of the vigil. We are still seeking volunteers to help with the event, including marshalls, medics, and set-up support.
