Meeting global and national demands in education policy is a challenge for educational leaders worldwide, but advancing policies for women leaders presents different challenges. With that in mind, this conference brings prominent women leaders in higher education in Latin America to discuss the challenges they encounter to meet education policy demands nationally and internationally, all from a gender perspective.
