The International Orchid Festival in Coatepec, Veracruz, has been held for the past 13 years, promoting the conservation and cultivation of orchids.

The Servicio Nacional de Áreas Naturales Protegidas por el Estado reported that the two lizards belong to the genus Proctoporus, which are found in the Andes of Argentina, Bolivia, and Peru.
